We're excited to announce a new collaboration beer with the renowned Hackney Church Brew Company from London, UK. While attending the London Craft Beer Festival, our Director of New Product and Development, Shaun Piggott, had the opportunity to connect with the talented brewers at Hackney Church and create a truly exceptional brew.
The result is Big Organ, an Imperial Double IPA boasting a bold 8% ABV. This hop-forward, high-ABV beer showcases Hackney Church's expertise in crafting balanced brews with a perfect blend of bitterness and tropical fruitiness.
Head Brewer Jacob Hobbs from Hackney Church shared his brewing philosophy: "For our core range, I've focused on creating beers that are both accessible and full of flavor. It's all about balance for me. These beers taste like beer, no gimmicks. We use quality ingredients, combine them simply, and brew with care and attention before allowing ample time for conditioning."
Big Organ is currently 3rd on London's Top Ten New Beer Releases.
