The Beer

Dry-Hopped Bavarian-style Wheat beer. A humble homage to a night that, frankly, we can’t remember too well. Immerse your senses in a whimsy of pear, clove, mandarin orange, and an unrelentingly thick body. A delightful imagining of what can be accomplished in the realm Bavarian wheat beer and fortunately for everyone it will not be served 3 litres at a time.

Hop to Trot 2024 was a blast!!  Thank you to everyone for attending! 8.0% abv, DDH New England-style DIPA. A yearly regular re-imagined. Leave the world behind with whimsical notes of guava, passionfruit, red starburst, and juicy peach. Couple all that with flavors of juicy fruit, cotton candy, an amplified abv, particularly pillowy mouthfeel, and neat-o new hop products like Spectrum Mosaic and Abstrax Quantum CIT and the result is next level liquid bliss. 2018 US Open Gold Medal Winner.

A slight departure from modernity- a step back in time.  This new concoction is adorned with aromas reminiscent of a pleasant jaunt in the woods and a cup of herbal tea along with flavors of caramel, black currant, a touch of sweet pineapple and herbal woody notes.  Cheers to Tea Time as a tourist!

Salted Lime Carolinian, Beach Blonde, a whimsical deviation from the norm. Using our award-winning blonde ale base beer, we decided to lean into the summer vibe with a dash of salt and a smattering of lime. Pairs well with the beach, pool, mountains—anything, everything. 

The Lies We Tell Ourselves, our,  5.0% abv, White Ale. Hot summer day meet refreshing spritz of citrus, and spice. The newest beer to spring from the depths of our most vivid imaginations is mashed with heaps of wheat and hopped with hand selected Mandarina Bavaria. One of our favorite beers of yore, re-worked, and re-imagined for a modern meaning.
