HopCrush, our, 0.0% abv, clementine flavored sparkling hop water with adaptogens and nootropics. HopCrush is crafted with Mosaic and Citra hops to beautifully balance the juicy citrus flavors of clementine. To take things to another level HopCrush is infused with L-Theanine for a focused and calm mind, Ashwagandha to better deal with stress, Lions Mane to reduce anxiety, and Lemon Balm for a touch of tranquility.

7th Anniversary

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

11.6% ABV

The newest iteration of our annual release is a delicate blend of 4-year aged imperial stout in coconut rum barrels (50%) and 3-year aged imperial stout in blackberry brandy (25%) and cherry brandy (25%) barrels. The resulting blend was then dosed with 7lbs/bbl of fresh coconut and 2 lbs/bbl of Ugandan vanilla. Through all that tomfoolery we end up with a beer that is overwhelmingly silky, with hints of chocolate covered cherry, white chocolate raspberry, and mounds bars.

Next up on our liquid journey, a shout out to the street that would have us. We’ve seen a lot of changes over these last 7 years but throughout it all we persevere and present this humble force of haze. Citrus rind, lemon zest, watermelon and a bit of pine dominate, what is, an approachable and session-able pale ale.

Japanese-style rice lager with Jasmine and Yuzu a collaboration beer with Weco Beer. We teamed up with the fine folks Weco Beer to devise a concoction worthy of a 5th anniversary party and copious biergarten quaffing. The result is a striking balance of delicate floral notes, a skosh of bright citrus and exceptional drinkability. Certifiably celebratory.
