Van Dayumm, our 8.5% abv, Belgian Golden Strong Ale. It’s been a long winding road leading us back to our roots. The return of a true OG, for us, is a culmination of all our experiences of the past and, believe it or not, a few new tricks. Succumb to fermentation driven notes of delicate pear, spice, and clove, balanced by an elevated bitterness and high carbonation. In this ale lies the embodiment of a clean Belgian ale and an iconic return of a timeless classic.

Behold the smaller, crispier, younger sibling of Nostalgia Goggles. What Little Nostalgia Goggles lacks in abv it makes up for in drinkability and hop profile. Hand selected Mosaic and Citra hops lead the charge with notes of fresh guava, ripe pineapple, and juicy white peach.

Board the train. Take a stroll. Observe the spires. Recollect a tale as old as time rife with subtle notes of pear, cherry, and delicate fruit alongside pleasant, soft, minerality. Relax, reminisce, and keep the Kolsch flowing.

Cocktail Sour with Purple Shiso, Black Currant, Grapefruit, and Tarragon. Sometimes when traveling down life’s little path we stumble upon something unexpected. A flavor, a feeling, an ingredient, a place—a beautiful medley of mint, herbs, acidity, and citrus.

DDH Hazy DIPA with Orange Blossom Honey. Our newest unclear beer is exclusively hopped with Mosaic, one of our absolute faves, and dosed with a healthy addition of Orange Blossom Honey. The result is a mélange of berry, citrus, white grape, and diesel. Shed your prior beliefs and praise this monolith of Mosaic.
